Yoga at Jho’La — Move, Breathe, Reset
Grounded, mindful yoga sessions designed to support your surf week — with a teacher who blends traditional training with modern anatomy.
What is Yoga
Yoga at Jho’La is about more than stretching. It’s a chance to slow down, breathe properly, and reconnect with your body — so you recover better, surf better, and feel good in yourself.
Sessions are calm, supportive, and adaptable. Whether you’re stiff from travel, sore from surfing, or simply looking for a mindful practice while you’re in the Algarve, we’ll tailor the experience to your level and your body.

Meet Your Yoga
Teacher Diana’s teaching is rooted in a deep commitment to self-awareness, embodied movement, and mindful living. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training in India, immersing herself in the traditional foundations of yoga — combining physical practice with philosophy, breathwork, and meditation.
Along the way, she has participated in Vipassana meditation retreats and studied Buddhist philosophy, experiences that strongly shaped her approach: awareness first, with presence and observation guiding every movement and breath.
Over the last four years, Diana also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Osteopathy, deepening her knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement. This background allows her to guide yoga in a way that is intelligent, grounded, and injury-aware, respecting each body’s uniqueness.
Her aim is simple: to create a yoga space that feels safe and accessible — supporting both physical well-being and inner balance during your week at Jho’La.
