Booking & payment

How do I book?

Book directly on our website (best price), or message us on WhatsApp if you want help choosing a package.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance is paid before or at arrival (we’ll confirm the exact method in your booking email).

What is your cancellation policy?

If we are still more than one month away from the first night at the surf camp, then we´ll refund you the total amount paid. If we are two weeks away of the first night at the surf camp we´ll refund you with 50% of the amount paid. If the cancellation takes place less than two weeks from the first camp night or surf lesson we are sorry but we´ll not be able to refund you.

Can I stay fewer than 7 nights?

Packages are designed for a full week, but we can adapt for shorter stays.

Can I come solo?

Absolutely. Many guests come alone and love the small community vibe.

Arrival & logistics

What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 11am. If you arrive early, you can store luggage.

Do you offer airport transfers?

No, but we can help organize transfers. If you book a week package, surf-spot transport is included.

Do I need a car?

You’re only 2 minutes from the beach, restaurants, and everything in Praia da Luz. If you need to go to Lagos, there is Uber available. No need to have a car.

How do I get to the surf camp?

From Faro, Lisbon or Seville you can either take the train or the bus to Lagos and from there you can ge an Uber or a Taxi, or if you prefer, you can ask us about airport transfers.

Rooms & facilities

Are bathrooms private?

Bathrooms are shared.

Do rooms have air conditioning and lockers?

All ooms have A/C, hair dryers, and small lockers

Is there a pool?

Yes — we have a saltwater pool.

Do I have to bring towels and bedding?

We will provide you with bath towels and bedding, you only need to bring beach towel, but if you are travelling lite we have for rent.

Surf lessons

I’m a complete beginner — can I join?

For sure! Most guests are beginner to intermediate. We keep groups small and focus on safe, structured progress.

How many surf days are included?

Typically 5 days of 3-hour lessons, but we can customize days depending on conditions and your plans.

Do I need to bring equipment?

You don’t need to bring board and wetsuit, both are included. Bring swimwear and a beach towel.

Can I also use the equipment outside of the surf lessons?

You may use the equipment for as long as there is a surf instructor on the beach with you. However, you will not be allowed to use the equipment independently after the course.

What if I need to cancel a surf lesson?

You can cancel with 24h prior notice. After that only by medical issues and you need to provide a medical proof.

Yoga

What style of yoga is it?

Mostly yin / mobility-focused, adaptable to your level and how your body feels after surfing.

Is yoga every day?

If you book Yoga & Surf, it’s typically on the surf days (schedule depends on the week and conditions).

Do I need to bring my yoga mat?

No, we provide yoga mats and blocks, just bring confortable clothes.

Diving

Do I need to be certified to dive?

For the Diving & Stay package, yes (certified divers). You can ask us about Certification courses.

Where do you dive?

We dive with our partner in Lagos, including sites like Ocean Revival wrecks and other local reefs/walls.

Is the equipment included

Yes, all the necessary equipment is included in the Diving & Stay package.

Food

What meals are included?

Breakfast daily, a lunch snack-pack on surf/diving days, and two dinners per week.

Can you handle dietary requirements?

Yes, just tell us in advance and we’ll do our best (vegetarian, vegan; strict allergies need a quick chat first).

What to pack

What should I bring?

Swimwear, beach towel, sunscreen, flip-flops, a light jacket for evenings, and comfortable shoes for exploring.

Do I need a wetsuit?

No — included in surf lessons/diving

Weather & alternatives

What if there are no waves?

Considering our location, we always have waves, but we choose the best coast each day. If conditions aren’t right, we’ll suggest alternatives like SUP, coasteering, sightseeing in Lagos, or hiking.

What months are you open?

We’re open from April to October.
