A typical Yoga & Surf week
Arrival Day (Check-in from 15:00)
Settle in, meet the group, and get oriented. If you arrive early, store luggage and enjoy Praia da Luz.
Surf Days (5 days)
After breakfast we drive to the best beach for your level and the conditions (west or south coast). Lessons focus on technique, safety, wave selection and confidence.
Yoga Afternoons
Yoga sessions are designed to support surfing: hips, shoulders, spine mobility, balance, breathwork and deep recovery. Perfect after time in the water.
Free Time
Relax by the pool, explore Lagos, hike the cliffs, or add an extra activity. We keep the week flexible and personal.
Evenings
A couple of nights per week we share homemade Portuguese dinners at the camp. Other nights you can explore local restaurants in the village.
Departure Day (Check-out by 11:00)
Easy morning, breakfast, and goodbyes. Luggage storage available if needed.

No. This retreat is designed for beginners and intermediates. We adapt coaching and choose the best beach for your level and conditions.
What style of yoga is it?
The sessions are recovery-focused (mobility, stretching, balance and breath). If you have preferences or limitations, tell us and we’ll adapt.
Is equipment included?
Surfboard and wetsuit are included for your surf lessons. For yoga, just bring comfortable clothes.
When are the yoga sessions?
Typically in the afternoon after surfing, so your body can recover and you’re ready for the next day.
Can you accommodate dietary needs?
Yes. Tell us in advance if you’re vegetarian, vegan, or have allergies/intolerances.
